WHAT WE DO
Our vision is a world that embraces and chooses sustainable practices every day.
COMMUNITY
Our community stretches beyond Oklahoma. Our Scor3card program spans 7 states and 16 cities and have individuals join our programs from all across America.
Locally, we collaborate with organizations such as The Oklahoma Aquarium and The Tulsa Farmers market to bring resources like our TerraScore app to frequently visited places in our area. Want to be a part of our growing community? Reach out to info@thesustainabilityalliance.org to start a conversation!
CONSERVATION
In 2022 and 2023 our members collectively planted 6,976,158 square feet of new pollinator gardens.
Since 2019, our members have contributed to 8,780,483 square feet of pollinator-friendly habitat.
That is equivalent to the size of The White House, if there were 130 of them.
INNOVATION
We help organizations and communities adopt innovative practices that allow them to save money, encourage connectivity and belonging, and become better environmental stewards.
Spirit AeroSystems, one of our Scor3card member organizations, exemplifies innovation in their power usage. Through strategically scheduling system startups, they establish stable power consumption patterns, resulting in reduced energy consumption. This not only contributes to their sustainability efforts but also creates safer and more secure working environments.
EDUCATION
Our First Thursday programs began in the early 2000s. Since then, we have provided more than 250 hours of free educational opportunities to individuals and businesses through our First Thursday and B2B programs. If you haven't attended one before, don't worry - we have you covered!
Many of these programs can be viewed in our archives on YouTube. Check them out for great information and resources covering all areas of sustainability.
Our mission is to provide education, tools, and resources to inform and engage businesses and individuals in the three areas of sustainability: social responsibility, economic vitality, and environmental stewardship — people, profit, planet.
We are committed to the resiliency of our communities, success of our business members, and ensuring a healthy planet for generations to come.
